DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Policy Specialist

The intent of this RFP is to select a Supplier as a Policy Specialist to play a central role in (a) conducting policy-oriented research and diagnostic studies, (b) engaging with government partners around key insights and reform strategies emerging from LoGRI work, (c) and work hand in hand with government partners in implementing reform relevant analysis and designing reform strategies.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, May 15, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The terms is one (1) year with the option to renew for two one year period for a total of three (3) years.
