DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Rental Of Tents
The intent of the RFP is to select a Supplier to provide tents and associated infrastructure for various events throughout the academic year on an “as needed basis”.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Tuesday, May 30, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Term of three years with the option to renew for two, three year periods for a total of nine years.
