DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Supply of Garbage Bags. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
3 years  contract (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date May 1, 2024
Estimated completion date:  May 1, 2027

PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 36 out of 60 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
