Description

This Request for Supplier Qualifications for Supplemental Vendors of Record (RFSQ-VOR) for Project Management Services 2023-2027 is an invitation for vendors (including incorporated small businesses) to qualify to provide project management services, by way of invitational second stage competitive processes, in construction projects at the University for specific projects located at the University’s three campuses: St. George (STG); University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM); and University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC).

Capital projects undertaken at the University include renovation, expansion, and/or new build construction ranging in value from $100,000 to over $500 million and have a duration of 6 months to 5+ years. At present, the University has 70+ projects valued at less than $10M at the St. George campus, and across all campuses there are 30+ projects in the $10M to $100M range and 20+ projects in the $100M to $500M range and three (3) projects greater than $500M.

Proponents are to format responses as detailed in Part B, Sections 1.0 and 4.0 of this RFSQ and clearly differentiate between Statge 1 Mandatory Requirements and Stage 2 Technical Requirements. Pre-formatted template documents are provided via the appendices of this RFSQ and are to be used.

Submissions (as defined in Part B, Section 4.0) must be submitted by email to:

no later than 1:00:00 PM on the June 06, 2023 (the “Submission Deadline”).

Submissions must be submitted at any time before the Submission Deadline. Submissions submitted after the Submission Deadline will not be considered and will not be opened by the University. Proponents are advised to complete and deliver their Submission well before the Submissions Deadline. Proponents attempting to submit a Submission near the Submission Deadline do so at their own risk.

The University will review all bids received on a rolling basis upon receipt. However, the University's decision on the prequalification of bidders will only occur after the official closing date.
