Request for Quotation for FF&E for the Faculty of Dentistry Wet Labs.
The University of Toronto (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) so that Vendors may provide the University with quotations (the “Quotation”) for the Dentistry Wet Lab FF&E (the “Project”).
This RFQ will be posted in accordance with the date as noted in Section 1.2. It is incumbent upon the Vendors to check for any and all addenda or clarifications which are posted after the RFQ has been issued.
A description of the scope of products and services is as follows:
The provision of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment for the new wet labs on the 4th and 5th floor of the Faculty of Dentistry.
The University intends to award a contract to a Vendor(s) that is able to establish a contractual relationship with a qualified supplier that can best provide the University with the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment as described in the Project Overview. However, the University reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, in whole or in part, submitted in response to this RFQ. The University reserves the right to make no award and to modify or cancel, in whole or in part, this RFQ.
