Request for Supplier Qualification for Design Build Services for the proposed Student Residence at the University of Toronto, Scarborough.
The University of Toronto (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualification (“RFSQ”) so that firms may provide the University with Supplier Qualifications for Design Build Services - UTSC Student Residence (the “Project”).
It is incumbent upon the proponents to check for any and all addenda or clarifications which are posted after the RFSQ has been issued.
A description of the scope of services is as follows:
Design and construct a new 750 bed student residence, complete with dining hall, student amenities space, retail and support areas.
