DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
Design, Supply, Delivery and Installation of Compact Mobile Filing Systems
The University of Toronto, Scarborough (UTSC) Design and Construction Management Department seek a supplier to provide all design services, equipment, materials, labour, and delivery required to complete the installation of mechanically assisted mobile systems with cantilever library shelving in the Highland Hall shell space for the Library.

The procurement may involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

on or before March 10, 2020 at 2:00:00 p.m. local time.
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Proponents must achieve a minimum score of 70% on the technical submission.
Proponents will adhere to the University of Toronto General Labour Conditions

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9]

CONTRACT DETAILS
One time only purchase of services for specified scope of work.

Milestone schedule:
Earliest start date of Subfloor Installation: No later than May 15, 2020.
Substantial completion by June 30, 2020.
