VIA Rail Canada Inc. is looking for a supplier to provide the following services in both French and English:
·              Career reorientation and career planning
·              Job cut accompaniment.
·              Retirement planning

The services are to be offered to employees in VIA’s main locations in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Moncton, Ottawa, and Halifax.

The Tenderer must be able to meet the following mandatory requirements:

must be able to provide the services on-site in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax, Moncton, Quebec, Ottawa and Winnipeg.
must provide services in English and in French
must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in career transition services
must store the data in Canada or the tenderer must be able to generate activation codes (tokens) for each user
