Description

VIA would like to invite interested prime contractors to a Market Day for the proposed HEP Cars Renovation Program to be held in Q1 2024 at VIA’s Montreal Maintenance Centre. During this all-day event, VIA will present the program and the railcars, and provide further detail on the scope of work. Participants will also be offered an opportunity to engage in discussion with VIA regarding the program.
