The Victoria Cool Aid Society offers life-changing services to adults who are impacted by poverty, stigma and homelessness. These services include permanent housing, emergency shelter, health and dental care, employment assistance, and social and recreational opportunities. This expression of interest is to solicit interest in providing daily janitorial services at approximately 10 of the housing locations, which may also include office space. It is important for interested parties responding to this expression of interest to understand the work Cool Aid does, and the vulnerable population served.
