INVITATION TO TENDER
SCHANDRE ESTATES INC.
SEWAGE PUMP STATION & FORCE MAIN
SEALED TENDERS, marked for the Construction of "Schandre Estates Inc. - Sewage Pump Station & Force Main", will be received at the Office of the Engineer up to 2:00 PM, C.S.T., Tuesday, March 23, 2021.
The work includes the following scope and approximate quantities:
- Provide TOP pre-engineered pump station
- Provide Mechanical and Electrical Work
- Provide 100 mm dia. HDPE Sewage Force Main 805 m
- Provide 200 mm dia. PVC gravity Sewer Main 91 m
- Decommission Existing Temporary Lift Station
Drawings and Specifications may be obtained from the office of the Engineer only. All addenda, request for clarification and other tender information will be issued from the office of the Engineer only. All requests shall be directed to the Engineer. The Project shall attain Substantial Performance prior to October 31, 2021.
Tenders must be accompanied by a Letter of Consent issued by a duly licensed Surety Company AND a Bid Bond OR Certified Cheque in the amount of Ten Percent of the Total Tender Price made payable to Schandre Estates Inc.
The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
