Description

Waterloo EDC (legal name: Waterloo Region Economic Development Corporation) is seeking an agency to develop a comprehensive Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Strategy for California, United States. The primary focus will be to identify regional market opportunities in target sectors and clusters and a recommended detailed action plan to be developed in 18 months that aligns with Waterloo Region’s value proposition and resourcing available to attract FDI. This action plan is to be replicable going forward.

Please provide an electronic copy of your proposal in Microsoft Word or PDF format to RFP@waterlooedc.ca. Proposals must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on July 12th, 2018. Late submissions will not be given consideration. Please note, the total length of the proposal should not exceed twenty-five (25) pages, with minimum 11 point font, single spaced, and single sided.
