Description

The Waterloo Region Economic Development Corporation (“Waterloo EDC”) is pleased to issue a Japan FDI Strategy Request for Proposal. We are seeking an agency to develop a comprehensive Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Strategy for Japan that will allow us to evaluate the opportunity of entering the Japanese market for FDI attraction.

The objective of the “Japan FDI Strategy” is to (1) develop a comprehensive strategy aimed to provide validation and understanding of value for Waterloo EDC to enter this specific market and (2) to develop an action plan on detailed steps on how to enter and be successful in attracting FDI from Japan.

Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM EST on the closing date of Friday, August 9, 2019. Submissions must be delivered electronically in Adobe PDF format to:
