Description

The Waterloo Region Economic Development Corporation (“Waterloo EDC”) is seeking prospective proponents (“Supplier”) to submit a proposal for lead generation services to set up (20) qualified meetings to support Waterloo EDC’s 3 Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) missions to the United Kingdom in 2020. The missions are currently planned for in April, June, October.

The lead generation geographical focus in the United Kingdom is London, Thames Valley, Cambridge and the Midlands and is to target Advanced Manufacturing/Industry 4.0, ICT, Autotech, Security, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT).

The 20 meetings must meet the pre-qualification criteria outlines in Section 4.0.
We are also open to discussing a small number of leads from the Nordic region as a supplement to UK leads.

Please provide an electronic copy of your proposal in Microsoft Word or PDF format to RFP@waterlooedc.ca . Proposals must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, January 10, 2020. Late submissions will not be given consideration.

Please note, the total length of the proposal should not exceed twenty-five (25) pages, with minimum 11 point font, single spaced, and single sided.
