In planning for 2025, the Board of Health for the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, (the “Health Unit”) is requesting proposals to conduct mosquito identification and viral testing for the mosquito surveillance program in the City of Windsor and County of Essex (the “Project”). The Health Unit will conduct the mosquito surveillance activities.
