NOTICE OF INTENDED PROCUREMENT

The WSIB would like to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to find a Board Portal Software solution that facilitates the entire end-to-end meeting process of the WSIB Board of Directors. At a high level the solution must be secure, stable, and allow Board members to access their calendar events, review agenda items, review and annotate meeting materials, attend meetings, access past materials, vote on resolutions in writing, etc.

Additional services include (but are not limited to): successful delivery services, training, and support/warranty and maintenance services.

The posting of the RFP is estimated to be anytime between last week of April and mid-May, 2021.
