Description

YMCA Calgary invites proponents to respond to this RFP. The focus of the RFP is to identify a comprehensive solution (“Solution”) to be used by YMCA Calgary to maintain a high standard for internal communication, employee engagement and community culture. With the opening of major locations across Calgary, along with the addition of thousands of people to support the efforts, YMCA thought leaders are turning their attention to how they can better engage with both new team members and established YMCA employees alike.

YMCA Calgary currently utilizes different software solutions to handle communication needs. The YMCA is looking for a local partner who can help streamline the adoption across multiple business units and locations all of which have different requirements and workflows.
