Brief Description of Work
The site contains three (3) buildings:

3-storey apartment building with 18 units
2-storey apartment building with 8 units, and
1 single detached family house

For asbestos abatement and demolition of one (1) single detached family house
Your proposal MUST be submitted using the following method:
Proposals may be submitted via email or electronically through MERX, the electronic tendering system used by BC Housing at www.merx.com/bch. Proposals submitted in any other manner will be disqualified and shall not be evaluated.
