Brief Description of Work
The intent of this project is to address identified water penetration and other performance issues related to the existing building envelope systems at this existing building. The general scope of work is to undertake a comprehensive Building Envelope Renovation including replacement of all exposed exterior claddings, windows and doors, balcony and deck assemblies (waterproofing and guardrails) and waterproofing at the base of wall perimeter over the parking garage along with other associated scopes of work, architectural modifications and other work all as described below in the written Scope of Work and / or as referenced in the project Drawings and Specifications. The building envelope repairs are required in order to repair resultant damage and water ingress that has, and is occurring, due to premature building envelope failure.
