This is in an Invitation to Tender on behalf of North Park Manor Society for the Roof Replacement Project located at 844 Fisgard Street, Victoria, BC. The scope of work is to remove existing roofing membrane and associated components down to existing deck, prepare and install a new roofing system as per the specifications and drawings. Provide a 10 year RCABC warranty to be included in the project.
