Deadline for Questions: February 23, 2017 @ 10:00 a.m. PST (please note that any questions or enquiries after this deadline may not be responded to)
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: February 28, 2017 PST
Submission Date Deadline: March 9, 2017 @ 2:00 p.m. PST
Rectification Date Deadline: March 13, 2017 PST

Information Meeting
Proponents and their respective subcontractors may attend an Information Meeting on the date and location as specified below:

If you will be attending the information meeting by WebEx please contact Jocelan Torrelli at purchasing@bchousing.org to receive the WebEx login information no later than February 15, 2017 @ 1:00 p.m. PST.
Attendance of the information meeting is not mandatory. The purpose of the meeting is to give Proponents an opportunity to field questions related to RFP Deliverables, and building programming. Technical questions should be submitted to the BC Housing RFP Contact person prior to the meeting for review and preparation of responses.
Brief Description of Work
BC Housing intends for the successful proponent to enter into contract to build a new Certified Passive House multi-family development consisting of 19 residential units over 3 storey’s, comprising of ten (10) One (1) Bedroom suites, six (6) adaptable studio suites, three (3) accessible studio suites; a common area and kitchen; a staff office and common washroom, laundry and scooter / storage room. A separate garbage / storage room is also provided. BC Housing has targeted a 9 month construction schedule from notice to proceed.
