MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Proponents must attend the viewing for the facilities on the specified date and times below.

This will be the only opportunity during the RFP phase for a viewing of inside of the building and the site. Proponents are not to directly contact building staff and/or the operator.

The meeting will begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.

All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the BC Housing Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.1.1 Timetable.

Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Brief Description of Work

This project has two components:

Green Dormitory Renovation: A dormitory requiring a complete building envelope, mechanical, electrical and interior upgrades
Fire Alarm and Suppression System: For all buildings on site
