MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend viewing the facility on the specified date and time below:
Date: Wednesday, July 4, 2018
Time: 10:00 a.m. PST
Location of Site Meeting: 2601 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam (Unit 5 at Riverview Land)

Subcontractor Attendance is Optional

Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above. Proponents that arrive more than ten (10) minutes late may be disqualified from this procurement process.

A sign-in sheet will be provided and all proponents are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those proponents who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.

All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 2.2 Timetable. Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Bids Must be Submitted in the Prescribed Manner:
Prospective General Contractors should submit Proposals electronically in a single PDF file to BC Housing by email at purchasing@bchousing.org . BC Housing will confirm receipt of emails. Proposals must be received no later than the submission time stated in the timetable, and must be received by BC Housing’s computer time. Proposals received one (1) minute after the deadline will not be allowed and therefore be rejected.
