The RFP timetable is tentative only, and may be changed by BC Housing at any time.
Brief Description of Work
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
- Removal and disposal of existing concrete and stucco rendering at corners of south elevation at locations indicated on drawings.
- Removal of concrete on southeast and southwest corners of south elevation including, removal of corrosion on newly exposed steel columns.
- Repair steel columns as determined by consultant (allowance).
- Apply zinc rich primer at exposed sections of steel columns.
- Reinstate removed sections of concrete.
- Removal and patching loose stucco/concrete encountered above and beyond southwest and southeast corners during the work (allowance).
- Installation of membrane over stucco.
- Installation of new corrugated cladding and related trims and furing.
