Notice of Bellwoods General Contractor and Trade Services
Request for Supplier Qualifications Posted on September 15, 2021
Bellwoods Centres of Community Living (Bellwoods) has issued a non-binding RFSQ, as noted above, on September 15, 2021.
Established over sixty (60) years ago, Bellwoods is a charitable, not-for-profit organization providing community-based, client-directed support services, client and family-centered care, Independent Living education programs, and accessible, affordable housing. Bellwoods focuses on meeting community needs through partnership development to support health system priorities.

The objective of the RFSQ is to award an agreement to one (1) or more qualified supplier for the provision of Contractor and Trade Services, on an as-and-when required basis, for Bellwoods.
Proposals will be evaluated in seven (7) stages, as detailed in Part 3 of the RFSQ.
The term of the resulting agreement are intended to be for three (3) years, with an option to extend the term of the agreement, on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional years.
Bellwoods makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned from the award of any agreements resulting from this procurement.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between this notice and the RFSQ, the RFSQ shall prevail.
This RFSQ is open to all organizations and is ONLY available on Ontario Tenders Portal Jaggaer (OTP).
Proponents are advised that there will not be a public opening of this RFSQ. Bellwoods will open proposals at a time subsequent to the closing date indicated in the RFSQ timetable above, and in the RFSQ itself.
Bellwoods will only post this notice on MERX™ and Biddingo.
All communication related to this RFSQ will occur directly through OTP.
This procurement is subject to Chapter Five – Government Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter Nineteen of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
