Submit a proposal based on instructions outlined in the Terms of Reference in Section 8.1. Five hard copy proposals are required and 1 electronic copy to be sent to dmellor@bimose.ca. The proposals and bid price document may be submitted in the same package as long as the bid price is in a seperate sealed envelope.
