RFP#2025-038 - Structural Engineering 805 Wellington

At the request of the City of Toronto (the “City”), CreateTO is undertaking the redevelopment of the site at 805 Wellington Street West (the "Site", “805 Wellington”), located at the south-east corner of Strachan Avenue and Wellington Street West. The successful Respondent (“Respondent”, “Proponent”) will work closely with CreateTO, City staff, project stakeholders, and other consultants throughout the project to provide structural engineering services in order to secure a successful submission and approval of a City-initiated Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) applications. Additionally, the successful Respondent will provide support to CreateTO, as required, on its work with Heritage Preservation Services (HPS) and the heritage consultant regarding the structural aspects of the Site and its heritage elements.
