Description

This RFP is being issued to Shared Services West’s Bonfire Portal (https://ssw.bonfirehub.ca/projects/view/13431) by SSW on behalf of Trillium Health Partners to obtain Proposals for Virtual Interpretation Services.

Objectives Summary
This RFP is being issued by the Trillium Health Partners to obtain Proposals for the provision of an Application for Video Remote Interpretation (“VRI”) and Voice Only Interpretation (“VOI”) services from Proponent(s). SSW is representing Trillium Health Partners as its Bid Administrator.
Trillium Health Partners seeks to satisfy the following objectives in an agreement (the “Agreement”) resulting from this RFP:

Purchase a cloud based software to provide interpretation services that satisfies the requirements in Schedule G;
Increase efficiencies to provide quality care to patients in the most cost effective manner.
Obtain a turnkey solution from vendor that best meets the requirements outlined in this RFP.
Support Medical Professionals and Non-English patients/community members to communicate.
