23-001-001 - Renovation of Office Space

The Office Space is located on the upper levels in a shopping mall located at 700 Lawrence Avenue West, Toronto. The office will house a specific program of CMHA Toronto whose west-end Toronto administrative office is located in Suite 480 in the same building. There is high pedestrian traffic on the retail levels, located on the second and ground floor but not on the third floor. The office space is 2059 square feet and currently consists of 5 offices, an open space and kitchenette. The current office configuration will be maintained and this current renovation and build project is projected to be mostly cosmetic in nature. Proponents should verify existing site conditions and accuracy of drawings, including layout and dimensions. A site meeting will be held and Proponents are strongly encouraged to attend to verify the information provided. The proposed start date for the project is in May 2023.
