The purpose of this Request for Information (“RFI”) is to obtain information about on-line ATS options which meet all of CIHI’s needs. CIHI also wants to provide suppliers an opportunity to present information on any of their (a) additional product offerings; and/or (b) features to consider which may deliver value/efficiency to our organization. In addition, this RFI is to determine the level of market interest, obtain information on potential approaches, obtain recommendations that would enhance the success of this type of system/implementation and obtain high-level cost estimates for budget purposes (licensing requirement of 100 hiring managers and 10 HR staff).
CIHI is seeking responses to include ideas, information and recommendations that could result in a clarification of the requirements and cost-saving opportunities, as well as the identification of potential problem areas with the project. The following information would also aid in our requirements analysis;
a) Describe your on-line Applicant Tracking System;
b) Describe how your system increases recruiting and hiring efficiency;
c) Describe what technology or features that are available that exceed our process described in the RFI documents;
d) Outline any additional capability and/or functionality you feel CIHI should be considering to obtain maximum value of an ATS;
e) Any product enhancements you are currently developing that you want to bring to our attention;
f) Demo website link if available;
g) Samples of reports and/or postings if available;
h) Price ranges (including typical on-going annual maintenance, for budgetary research only. Price should take into consideration a licensing requirement of 100 hiring managers and 10 HR staff.
