The services involved in this engagement include the following:

Expert digital facilitation in agile, digital content development process, leveraging industry standards and design thinking models such as Stanford’s Design Thinking process, Lean Startup process by Eric Ries, and Google Ventures Design Sprint process
Guidance and onsite facilitation in building a new digital team specifically for the development of a new end to end digital product
Documented design and development of digital content process, based on findings and initial product development
Knowledge transfer to key CIHI roles to enable future digital content development
