Scope of Work:
1. Install drainage pit in area of existing main entrance ramp complete with overflow pipe to ditch and patch pavement.
2. Remove existing concrete ramp and pour new concrete ramp and extend existing concrete pad.
3. Construct new wind break wall and finish to match existing walls
4. Relocate power door opener button
5. Install new gutters, downspouts, snow guards and heat trace cables as per drawings.
