CIFAR is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals that articulate a clear set of deliverables, a timeline and evidence of the resources and expertise required to develop digital assets, video and web pages for the facilitation methods and materials that comprised CIFAR’s AI Futures Policy Labs workshop series.
Scope of Work:
The selected vendor is expected to:
● Review existing materials and interview staff at CIFAR and the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship (BII+E) to understand the process and goals of previous workshops

● Redesign, in consultation with CIFAR’s creative director and in keeping with CIFAR’s visual identity guidelines, existing print materials for aesthetic appeal, user-friendliness, and accessibility; ensure that a second format is available that will allow printing and assembly by groups without access to large-format printing (ex. tiling)
● Working with CIFAR’s creative director and other staff, develop short videos on AI 101 and AI Policy 101
● Create bilingual, accessible, and user-friendly “how to” content that trains users to lead CIFAR’s workshop method
● Create webpage(s) to host materials on CIFAR’s website. Pages must comply with CIFAR branding and AODA guidelines. Vendors must demonstrate familiarity with CIFAR’s CMS, Sitefinity.
● If any errors are made to our backend, the vendor must correct.
