Description

Grand Forks is seeking Mechanical Condition Assessments for the buildings listed herein. The intent of this project is to study the current condition of the mechanical systems at our facilities.to better understand the current condition of these systems and possible capital work(s) that may be required.

The facilities include the following facilities. Grand Forks has some preliminary system information for use by the successful proponent. Brief descriptions follow.
• 724 Central Ave
• 525 and 555 Central Ave
• Scout Hall
• Sewage Treatment Controls Building
• Library/Art Gallery
• Fire Hall
• Public Works
• Airport Terminal
• Grandstand
• City Hall
