Balfour Co-operative Homes Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services twenty (20) hours per week. Balfour Co-operative Homes Inc. is a non-profit co-operative community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 3604 Keith Avenue, Chelmsford, ON P0M 1L0, The proposal is for a three (3)-year term beginning May 1, 2025. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 11:30 a.m. local time, March 6, 2025 by Balfour Co-operative Homes Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
