The City of Lacombe is seeking a contractor to remove and replace approximately 100 linear meters of sidewalk along 50th Street, south of 51st Avenue. The sidewalk replacement will include para-ramps, curb and gutter, decorative patterned coloured concrete sidewalk and standard broom finished concrete as noted on the bid sheet. Proponents price is to include the following: • Base preparation • Permits • Insurance • Pedestrian and Traffic Accommodation • Coordination with adjacent businesses to maintain customer access • Any other incidental items require to complete the work.
Pre-tender Meeting: A non-manditory pre-tender meeting will be hold on August 14th, 2018 at 2:00 PM the Lacombe City Office (5432 - 56 Avenue) in Lacombe, Alberta to help familiarize and provide clarification to TENDERERS with the work sites and site conditions.
