RFP 100 - Building Lacombe

This Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) seeks to attract private sector creativity to help advance the strategic priorities listed in the background section below. Specifically, the City of Lacombe currently owns and maintains properties that are underutilized. These properties include:

1. The former Provincial Building (5102 50 Avenue);
2. The former Police Station (5211 50 Avenue)/Current Fire Hall (5215 50 Avenue);
3. Sewage Lagoons (NE 29;40;26;4);
4. Len Thompson Industrial Park (5360 – 5400 Len Thompson Drive);
5. Public Works Building (5444 56 Avenue)
6. City Hall (5432 56 Avenue) and
7. Vacant Industrial Lot (3810 53 Avenue);

The City is willing to rezone and subdivide these properties in support of any approved projects. The
City is interested in hearing from parties who have the experience and capacity to see a project of this
significance and scope through to fruition

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
