The Public Works & Environmental Services Department of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for the cleaning of twenty-one (21) Oil Grit Separators (OGS) and one (1) ditch catch basin (DCIB) located within the geographical boundaries of the City of Ottawa in accordance with the attached terms, conditions, and specifications, (the “Work”).
