The City of Ottawa has a requirement for a Full Maintenance Lease (FML) of Three (3) Narrow Frame Tractors and Attachments (hereafter referred to as the “Vehicles”). The Vehicles required will be delivered in a fully operational condition as described herein, and ready for their intended immediate use all in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.
