This current RFP is for Phase one

• Phase one:
o Trail inventory & mapping of existing trails.
o Identify work needed to bring existing trails and infrastructure up to Whistler/ IMBA trail standards.

• Propose new trail and infrastructure development to create a comprehensive trail network and phased development/management plan.

• Phase two:
o Reconstruction of existing trails to Whistler/IMBA trail standards, & facilities within Dragon Mountain Provincial Park & Wonderland recreation site.

• Phase three:
o New trail layout, approvals (BC Parks, MFLNRO, ARCH, First Nations, Environmental impact assessments, other stake-holders referrals),
o Possible future construction of new trails identified in phase 1 of the project. Any additional trail development plan in the park must follow the Dragon Mountain Provincial park management plan.
