Description

Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary (CMHA Calgary) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced companies or consultants to define, prepare, and implement a Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
The overall objective of this RFP is to create, implement, and test a company-wide Business Continuity Plan. The BCP shall include department interdependencies along with workarounds or commitments for mutual assistance during disruptive events. The purpose of the engagement effort is to assess and develop the plan to ensure the safety, health, and continued availability of CMHA Calgary employees and essential services.
