Description

Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary (CMHA Calgary) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to conduct a formal review and assessment of its operational policies, and introduce additional or amended policies as necessary to ensure alignment with Alberta Health Services (AHS), best practice, and legal requirements. The successful company will:

Provide a detailed gap analysis of current CMHA Calgary operational policies.
Recommend revisions to current policies and the creation of additional policies required to meet and/or exceed Alberta Health Services (AHS) and Accreditation Canada standards.
Complete CMHA Calgary’s Operational Policy Manual.
Design and conduct all employee communication, orientation, education, and training to ensure understanding and compliance with the new policies.
