Description

Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary (CMHA Calgary) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced companies or consultants to define, prepare, and implement a Performance and Learning Management System (P/LMS). This system will:

Tie together knowledge, skills and abilities, goals, and competencies to relate them to CMHA Calgary’s Strategic and Operational Plans.
Create consistency and ease of use in the creation, maintenance, communication, and reporting of all components of the Performance Management and Learning Process.
Goal alignment begins at the Executive Director (ED) level. Ensure that all employees’ performance goals and plans cascade out from and align with the Executive Director’s performance plan.
Enhance employee engagement in the Performance Management process and in their professional development plans by including time for regular dialogue. Highlight the role of supervisors in enhancing employee engagement.
Increase identification of and access to professional development training opportunities.
Increase retention rates.
Enhance the culture of performance.
