Proposals should also bear the Proponent’s company name, return address and the RFP coordinator’s name, title and complete contact information.

To be considered, proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) on May 4, 2018 at the address outlined above.

Proposals received after the above due date and time will not be considered, and will be returned, unopened, to the Proponent.

Please ensure your proposal is submitted in the French language only.

Proposals should be divided into two (2) separate sealed packages:
- Section 1: Mandatory and Rated Requirements submission; and
- Section 2: Financial Proposal
