DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No.BA042154_82063 – Heating System Conversion, Sept-Iles Naval Reserve (Qc)
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to replace the existing heating system with an electric heating system, including demolition, architectural, civil, building mechanicals, electrical and other related work.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 1,790,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 670 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
