DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – # WGC20016– Building 79 & Building 65 Lock Upgrade and Door Replacements
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the replacement of doors, locks and lock control systems in building 79 and the replacement of lock in building 65 at 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 154 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 21 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
