PURPOSE: The District of Elkford is inviting qualified experienced firms/professionals to submit a proposal to replace the existing Devonian with a user friendly, maintenance friendly facility that will enhance and tie into the surrounding area. The building should be Alpine themed and esthetically pleasing while keeping budget and availability of replacement parts in mind. The project is motivated by the District’s commitments under the BC Climate Action Charter to take leadership on climate action and to reduce maintenance and energy costs.
