To construct a wood frame (or alternate proposal) expansion on the Public Works Shop to be comprised of a 30’ by 43’ addition on the existing public Works building to house offices, a reception area, and a lunchroom. To renovate the existing offices into an office, kitchen, and locker room. Concrete work will be comprised of a smooth concrete floor in the addition as well as optional work of a 4850 square foot pad sloped for drainage in front of the bay doors of the shop and a 50’ x 100’ concrete pad in town at the Community Conference Centre.
