Description

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proposals from qualified Consulting Engineering companies for the Kendrick Sewer Lift Station Upgrades Project. Kendrick Lift Station (formerly known as Dudley Drive Lift Station), is located at Dudley Drive and Holland Street intersection and services approximately 50 residences and the out door swimming pool. This lift station was built in 1967 and has a wet well consisting of a precast concrete base and circular precast concrete rings. The wet well is approximately 1.8 m (6’ in diameter and 5.2 m (17’) in depth from base to the top of hatch.
Urban Systems Ltd. (Urban) had been retained by the District of Hudson’s Hope (District) in 2021 to complete an assessment on the condition of the Kendrick Lift Stations, to aid the District in planning for future upgrades and/or replacements. Please review the attached Assessment Report (Appendix C) that was submitted by Urban Systems Ltd. for details on Structural and Electrical conditions of the lift station.
