REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSALS
RFP # 2017-01-18

FOR A LICENSE TO MANAGE, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN
THE TUMBLER RIDGE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB
INCLUDING THE PRO SHOP AND FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATION

Notice is hereby given that the District of Tumbler Ridge, a municipal corporation within the Province of British Columbia, is seeking Proposals for a Licensee to Manage, Operate and Maintain the Tumbler Ridge Golf and Country Club and RV Park.

This Proposal includes three of the four parts of the business: the Pro Shop, the Recreation Vehicle Park, and the Food and Beverage Operation (commonly referred to as the restaurant). The fourth part of operations - the golf course grounds and maintenance is to remain the responsibility of the District of Tumbler Ridge.

The Tumbler Ridge Golf and Country Club is located in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia.

The Request for Lease Proposals will be received by the Manager of Corporate Services of the District of Tumbler Ridge at the District of Tumbler Ridge Town Hall, 305 Iles Way, PO Box 100, Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia V0C 2W0, until Wednesday, February 22nd 2017 at 4:00PM (16:00 hrs.).

Mandatory Site Visit and Information Conference: Friday, February 3rd, 2017

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and to waive irregularities at its own discretion. The lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted.

The Request for Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of experience, references and other factors as determined by the District.
